Robbed and Now No Response from Online Company

I recently made online purchases using various companies, and for the most part had astounding success. I however had the misfortune of dealing with DealClick where I asked for 3 x Key Whistles and 1 x Icecream Maker. First of all it took ages for my first order to arrive and when it did finally get here, the Key Whistle was so sensitive that if you coughed, laughed or had your keys in your car with the radio on, the loud beeps would start. I immediately informed the company that the product was too sensitive and that I wanted a refund. I was informed that I now had to bring the product to Houghton if I was not happy. I informed Gugu that as their courier had run out of petrol, and I had paid the driver R90, that this should cover the collection. To date I have heard nothing. I have subsequently asked that the Icecream Maker be cancelled, and that they confirm this and refund (as I have paid for both orders) and I have heard absolutely nothing. Not only have I not heard from them, but I haven't even received the Icecream Maker (if the cancellation was declined) and have paid for it. I have spoken to the courier company who says that Gugu has discussed the matter with him
