Don't even bother with Atlas Security

It is safe to say that Atlas Security has no understanding of how armed response works, how their own systems work nor the urgency if the industry they are in... and saying this is the only thing that is safe about Atlas.

After two months of struggling Atlas still fails to respond when our alarm is triggered (not by phone nor in person) even though we pay for this service. It took weeks of begging and pleading from our (the customer's) side for them to send out a technician to take a look at our alarm system, which they claim is faulty, just for them to charge us for the technician's service after stating that it would be free. Twice we went though this process and twice we had to realise that the technician did not fix the "broken" system at all.

Workers at their call center are rude and irritable when you try to take this up with them, their so-called emergency response is non-exhibition and they clearly can't stick to their side of the agreements - keeling us safe in our own homes.

If you are looking for security, save yourself some time, money and frustration and give Atlas a skip.
