When a 24 month contract isnt 24 months

Finally, 24th month of my 24 month contract. Took 2 x ControlChat 150 2 x BB9300. Both handsets had the exact same issue at the same time (5 weeks from new). Cell C sold me a bad model BB. Persevered with broken phones, now its time to say goodbye.
Sent the cancellation form on the 2nd July (within the 30 day notice period).
Called Customer care to verify last payment date and amount. Spoke to 4 agents, got 4 different dates and 4 different amounts:
Dates: July, August, September or when Cell C sends a technician to check signal quality at my residence(?) Final payment: R150, R105, R45 or R255(?)
Had enough of the awful service, just want to get away from Cell C.

Please give me the correct amount and date so we can part.
Tired of:
-Your BAD network signal (live 200m from the tower)
-3G network that runs at 25Kb speed (smoke signals would be faster)
-Customer care agents that have no idea, can't count, are lazy or just sly
-Using handsets that were inherently of bad quality
-Billing that has numerous issues (cant debit a gold credit card with 27K limit, amounts don't add up)
-Airtime recharges less than agreed amount
