BEEN BILLED FOR NOTHING

Ive had a telkom prepaid top up for four months now. the first month was supposed to be free but i am getting billed for it. I've queried my account several times and get no response. i ordered this line in February this year and it was only successfully installed end of May, June was supposed to be my free month. My debit order was supposed to go off end of July, it didn't so i paid cash. The payment did not reflect on their system now i am been charged R150 service fees for that. My next payment was end of August where Telkom debited almost R600. I stopped the payment and called the customer service to query this amount. I was then told that no payments have reflected on this account since it was open and again was told i have to pay the installment plus almost R200 extra for service fees. I requested my account be changed to cash and I stopped the debit orders at the bank. I refused to pay the amount they asked for as i was not happy with the service and i do not see why i should pay service fees for something that was not my fault.
No i am getting told to pay almost R800 for Lord alone knows what. I Am VERY Unhappy With The service I Am Getting. NEOTEL would Be BETTER
