Nobody wanto to explain why my account was deduct

I've been on the phone with 6 different agents for over 1hour, nobody wants to connect me to accounts dept and nobody can explain why an amount of R1155.96 was deducted on 25 October 2013. Another debit of R616.00 was put through on 1st but didn't go.

I am so upset, that one never gets satisfaction when doing any kind of query with ADT. The agent keeps putting me back to the queue instead of transferring to a relevant person. Keep get somebody to contact me asap
