Since January over a simple miscommunication with payments, our lines have been getting cut and reconnected and cut and reconnected and now all of a sudden Im R1000 in arrears according to the inefficient people in accounts that they cannot explain where that amount comes from!!! NO-ONE can explain where it comes from or show me. I need this sorting immediately as its now March and still no answers. I NEED someone with some competency (if any) in the account dept to contact me asap!!!
