Debited twice in one week for cancelled product

At the end of September 2013 I sent an e mail to [Email Removed] to cancel my existing account with them after they deducted R500.00 from my account. October and November they didn't deduct and I though it was indeed cancelled now all of the sudden they deducted R199.00 on the 06/12/2013 and same amount again on 13/12/2013.

I'm really sick and tired now of these people and want all my money deducted to be refunded. The worst thing when you phone call centre you will hold until the voice recorder say you are number 1 on the queue and you will be no. 1 for the next 15min without anyone attending to your call.
