After 2 weeks account still not updated

Its been over 2 weeks since i made a payment on my account. My debit was due to go off on the 30th april, however my funds would not have been in at the time so i made the deposit at nedbank on the 29th of april. Up until today my account has still not been updated after numerous calls, fax and email. Ive spoken to many customer service agents only to learn today that my query was not logged with the accounts dept. My account now is reflecting an arrears amount and also im now expected to pay debit order return fees after i was assured that if paymemt was received before my debit date this would not be the case. I am very disappointed in how this query is being handled. Customer service agents seemed to be very helpful until the call ends then no further steps are taken as i have learned now that my request was never escalated to the relevant dept. I hope this will be solved before the end of may when my next paymemt is due. Ideally i'd prefer this matter to be resolved by the end of the day!
