Unauthorised debit orde

I have always received a good service from ADT. My debit order for May was returned & I called Adt twice to make payment arrange. I spoke to Pumla who said that my credit controller GUGU will call me back to make arrangement this is in June & July. Then suddenly I recv an sms saying tht the debit order will be deducted. I called again on 25/10/2013, spk to Tshidi & Jonathan was to call me as i adv tht i will reverse the debit put through incorrectly. Til today no-one frm ADT has called???
