I made a request to Standard Bank VAF to change my debit order to the 25th of each month. Standard bank changed my payment profile to manual for the 25th of each month. I have been trying to reinstate the debit order for the past 3 months unsuccessfully. I received a call from one of their team leaders (Abigail) in June and i was informed that the matter is resolved and in July my debit order will go through. Today i called Standard Bank VAF and was informed that they is still a manual payment profile on my account and they will debit on Monday 29 July 2013 and thereafter they will debit my on the 25th of each month. I still can not get anyone to confirm this in writting and requested the same before. I spoke to Sheron and Thando and both could not confirm the same and after 17 minutes on the call the call cut. I called them again and after 8 minutes on the line i still can not get hold of Sheron or Abigail.
