Debit order even though i paid cash

Unfortunately my payment did not go through at the beginning of June 2013 due to issues at my current bank, I received a call from a gentlemen from RCS on the 17th of June telling me that my account is now two months behind (Because even if it is only halfway through June you take it as unpaid), i told him that he can call me on the 18th June 2013 to get my new bank account, he never called back, Then on the 28th of June i called RCS head office to arrange so i can pay the two months at a Foshinis on Sunday 30 June 2013 and then also gave my new bank details so that you can run a debit order on the 2nd of August 2013, the lady said that's fine, Sunday 30 June i paid at Foshinis Carnival and called RCS head office to confirm if they received the payment. Then on the 2nd of July 2013 RCS deducted another two months worth of debit orders. Can i please be contacted and explained why this has happened as now I am put in a very UNCOMFORTABLE position!!!
