Pathetic Service From ADT

I booked a time for a technician to come out, inform ADT exactly what is required. Wait for a week to have a technician to come out and tell me there is not enough time to fix the problem today. If the job had to be done today I would have to pay for overtime rates as he works till 16:30. yet the time he arrived at my premises was just before 16:00. When i call the Department responsible for the bad service I get told the person who made the booking didn't allocate enough time to do the job. I was told that a manager would call me back when i informed them about the unacceptable service. No manger has called me back. I am a busy person and don't have the time to sit at home and wait for ADT. I am so disgusted with the service and the response to the complaint that I will probably be leaving the company.
