I applied for an ADSL installation in Dec 2013. A SMS was send to me informing me that the installation will take place on 22/01/2014, and that it is a full day appointment. I was told that they cannot commit to a specific time and that I should be available any time during the day. I then took a day from the office to ensure that I am available any time.

I called the CCC again during the day to confirm that today is the day my installation will take place and was reassured not to worry as the technician will call me soon. At about 14:30 I still had no call from anybody and I again I called the CCC. After many attempts I got through and was informed that the technician is very busy and "may" do the installation the next day. I requested that he call the Team Leader or manager, but neither could be reached. All of a sudden the call was dropped. I called again the next day just to be informed that the technician wrote on the system that I was not at home. he blatantly. I now cannot get hold of any person to confirm when my installation will be done after various escalations at the service centre.
