Zero service and long hold periods

A week ago while being away my home was broken into. While the response team did respond no one checked the alarm system post the break in. On returning to my home on Friday I realized the alarm had been tampered with. The battery was not working and wires had been pulled out and the siren was missing. I called Adt at 8am to report this and was promised some one would call me back. At 11:30am no one had so I called Adt. I was told a technician would be at my home after 5pm. Again no follow up call came through and at 7pm I phoned Adt back. I was then told someone would be at the premises by 9am today, again no one was so I called back being promised this time someone would be here within 20minutes. Well no one was. 45min someone has arrived and doesn't have the full brief. Each call had at a minimum a 6 minute hold time up to 15minutes where you just get cut off... and this is a company which says it is always there for you???
