Mid-December I received a call from one of your staff members requesting proof of income. I faxed this to you 19/Dec/2012. On 1/Feb/2013 you debited my bank account with R1293.00. I spoke to Khensani about this on 7/Feb/2013 and she said your financial department had made a mistake, that I must send a letter requesting a refund of R727.00 which I did on 9/Feb/2013. To date I have not been refunded.
You debited my bank account with R566.00 on 1/Mar/2013 - I thought you might not in lieu of the refund.
On 7/Feb/2013 I spoke to Jabula who confirmed all of the above, and requested that I send a request for refund again. I then asked her to transfer me to your financial department. After waiting some time I was cut off.
To date this has cost me R113.24 in total in being overdraft fees and phone and fax costs.
I feel Resolution has let me down, and that repeated attempts to resolve the situation from my side have been ignored. PLEASE HELP!!
