I own a 60cm Smeg Cooker and the cooker's clock display has packed up again - I had the current one replaced/fitted at the end of 2012, with the same sort of frustration as described below:

On the 3 October 2013 - I e-mailed Olivia Bursey at Smeg, as I had her direct e-mail address from the last time (2012) and raised the issue that I needed another replacement clock.

She gave me a positive reply on the 4 October 2013.

By the 24 October 2013, nothing had yet happened and I e-mailed Olivia again. She replied on 25 October 2013.

Sometime after that, a Port Elizabeth local service agent, Andy's Appliance Repairs responded - but with the incorrect model clock - both Smeg and Andy's are in possession of my specific cooker's model number - yet the service agent insists on responding with a 'standard' clock which is very different from mine. To add, Andy's came out three times with the incorrect (standard) clock with my 2012 replacement issue, which was eventually attended to by a service agent direct from Smeg SA.

On 29 November I e-mailed Olivia yet again and she replied the same day - since that day nothing happened until today (10 December 2013) when I e-mailed her again!!
