ADT not responding to communication

ADT is treating to deduct money via debit order for the replacement of a radio antenna, which was non-functional and obsolete and required replacement by a newer model as confirmed by the technician.

I have communicated on numerous occasions with the ADT call centre via telephone debtors department via email [Email Removed] on 11 January 2013), with no feedback to my communication.

I fail to understand why ADT want me to pay for replacement of a part (radio antenna) of the rental alarm system, when they admitted they were rolling out the new model?

Can someone please resolve this issue?
