As ADT security was not responding to call outs and alarm activations as I felt satisfied with I canceled my services with ADT on 7 October 2013.

I telepathically requested that the Annual Radio License fees normally payable in November be canceled Immediately. I followed up the cancalation by email on 8 October. and again instructed that the radio will be removed and that no charges must go through. ADT responded by e-mail and also with a call to offer me a vastly discounted rate. The radio was removed on 14 October 2013 and ADT had nothing to do whit my security any more.

On 16 October I Received an email reminder of the annual radio fees and I responded on this telling them that the services was cancled. Again I got a e-mail confirming that no further charges will be levied and the services were sucessfully canceled.

Today I saw that ADT infact did pass the debit order for Monitoring for November and the annual Radio fees on 1 November. I tried to speak to the call centre but the call was dropped 3 time when i requested the refund!

ADT sort this out TODAY!!!
