STILL no replacement handset

Cell C confirmed that they would replace my faulty handset with a model that was in working order.
I still do not have a handset, and I have been trying to resolve this since my first handset went in for repairs and subsequent replacement in January. This is unacceptable. I can not get hold of the person responsible.
