Unit doesnt work after on 1 month!!!

My truck is on its way back from DBN to JHB. The Skytrax stopped working about 9am. I called them at 10am and the woman said she will reset the unit and in 10-15mins it will be working. 50mins later it still isnt working - i call back and get given the usual about the truck going through hills and mountains and losing signal etc!!!...he truck was in PMB - Scottsville shopping centre - the Capital City of KZN. The lady puts me thru to someone else who can only say that she is opening up a file for me to have the unit replaced! no matter how many times i asked her if i will not be able to track my truck, she gave me the same answer till i swore at her! Useless unit, useless staff!!!
