ADT AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I installed a new electric fence, i tested it and more than an hour later ADT called to check if everything was ok. On Friday evening I went out, ADT called to say zone 23 had been triggered. I asked for a vehicle to be despatched. 45 mins later I get a call to say that some Mrs Galway says everything is fine. I don't know her at all. I demanded they send another vehicle out, so the lady told me that they only have one vehicle. She called me back another hour later to apologize becos they went to the incorrect house. This is not acceptable, the response is way too slow and the service is just bad. I called the salesman (Ryan) several times and he is never available and does not return calls. I also asked the lady on duty that her supervisor call me, NOTHING. I have decided that if ADT does not respond to this complaint to get the full detailed stories of complaints as im limited to words then I am definitely dropping them. I need to understand why only one vehicle, why slow response from call centre and securites. I would appreciate a call or response from someone with authority and not a supervisor or team leader. I would really appreciate some assistance in this matter.
