Trellidor Doesnt Work

Good day

I went away this weekend and upon our return someone had broken into our house. They broke straight through the Trellidor and pealed back the gate very easily. This is very disapointing as we spent a small fortune on this security only for it not to work. My wife and i do not feel safe in our house, and this is causing us issues and she is feeling very low.

As for me, it is not great when you try to keep your family safe and this happens
