Frustrated custome

I am having endless hassles- whenever we go away for a period longer than 24 hours our alarm goes off consistently (4 times/day). Other than warnings from ADT about excessive call-outs and additional charges this problem persists. I end up being stressed about the security of my home while on holiday.
To compound matters whenever the alarm triggers on the weekend we are away I get informed that the security team cannot access the property due to the electric fence and our dog. The electric fence is switched off when we are away and the dog comes with us. I now have cause to worry about the integrity of the patrol.
I only resort to this because my complaints have fallen on deaf ears.
I have e-mailed about this issue but other than being told it is technical- and a technical did come and inspect and gave "an all clear"- nothing much happens until we are next out of town.
