Don not use Fix and Fit

I requested Fix and Fit repair my electric fence as the alarm would repeatedly sound on it. They looked at it 3 times whilst doing another installation at my home. Each time they looked at it they gave me a different reason for the alarm sounding on it, finally saying the energizer needed replacing. They did not repair my fence but insisted on charging me a fee. Initially the fee was a call out fee (even though they were charging me an additional callout fee for the same day for different work). When I queried this they changed it to R500 to remove plants from my fence (which I asked them not to do as my gardener could do it) and for a repair to fix the key on the energizer (which I did not request and was working before they "fixed it"). Do not use Fix and Fit they will charge you for unsolicited work!
