Had enough of ADT

ADT is quick to advise you that they will be increasing your premium and that they will now charge for more than a certain amount of call outs.

But what about delivering service???
This morning our alarm went off and we had to wait 20 minutes for them to get there. What there was someone on the property? We would have been dead by the time they get there.

Now our alarm system is not working (no alarm system at home) I need a technician to come out urgently but they want to charge me extra for after 5 because they are full for today. Will ADT pay for my claim if something should happen???

This is not the first time that I have had bad service from ADT and think it is time for us to get another service provider. Tired of paying for a service but nothing being delivered.
