Overcharged and Beams now broken by them

I asked ADT to come and alter the direction of one of my beams. I was told the call out is R469. A tech came out (20 mins late). Took two minutes to adjust the Beam and I asked him to make a list of what beam no. Was for which area. I then left for work. On my return I found a bill for over R1200. I cannot make out wat for but he said for a 1.5 hour call out (which was a lie - I noted his time on arrival and my maid noted his departure for me.) Apparently he changed a battery not sure wat for as my beams are in perfect working order.

AND GUESS WHAT - MY BEAMS DON'T WORK.

I CALLED THIS SAT MORNING ONLY TO BE TOLD THE TECH CANNOT COME OUT TILL NEXT WED - 4 days later. AND if I want someone out this weekend I have to pay a large call out rate.

I am disgusted with these - who are supposed to be the biggest security co in the world And they don't even have technicians avail at the weekend unless you want to pay a huge surcharge.

Monday I am canceling my contract and moving to CSS.
