I have been trying to cancell my account with this department since 10 May 2013. I wrote an email nobody responded to it. I have been trying to cancell even today I spoke to the lady by the name of Candice Stredders she is not responding to my calls and I have sent her a fax and an email again. They make me hang on the phone for more than 30 minutes. They keep on telling me she is the only one who deals with this area when she is ignoring us it means no one will help.

My bank account is being billed more than three times a month and nobody explains to me why Chubb has very bad service and I am not happy with it. The fact that I have to pay for the alarm that I am not using because they choose to ignore my request so they can keep deducting money from my account. I have correspondence.
