Poor Service from Sales Person

Our original meeting was scheduled for Friday. The sales person called and asked if we could reschedule to Saturday at 12:00, which was not a problem. However the sales person (Shawn) then arrived an hour early without a call to confirm if that was alright. He looked so unprofessional in his cargo pants, t-shirt and sunglasses on his head. Came into the house, only wrote down our email address and said he would email the quote. He kept saying no to most of we could not do. Then told us to tell our neighbors the cost of the alarm system. We have still not received the quote from him. Guess we are going with another armed response company.
