BAD Customer service

I received a sms on Friday 28/06/2013 "FREE ALARM SYSTEM! FULLY INSALLED! Just join ADT Armed Response today! Contact Martin (with his number)"

I spoke to Martin & he said that he will phone me the Saturday to make an appointment. I am still waiting for him to contact me back.

I contacted ADT again to get someone to come see me. An appointment was made for Saturday (06/07/2013 12:00) but again ADT shined in their absence!! If they take this long to reply on a scheduled meeting, how long are they going to take if I am being held at gun point in my house or being!!
