Tracker cares, but not about our cars

The battery on my Ford Ikon went flat and I took my car to Battery Centre, where they tested it and said that the Tracker system was at fault.. There was no report or enquiry from Trackers side.
Two days later I sold the vehicle and I phoned Tacker after a couple of days to inform them that the vehicle was sold and that they need to swop the tracking system. The lady that helped me said I must hold on, because she had to check with the technicians when somebody will be available. After 30 minutes I hang up and now two months later I am still waiting for a response.
Last week I received a email to inform me that Tarcker couldn't find signal on my Ford Icon. I replied to the email and informed the again that I have sold the car and that my new car is without a tracking device.
This morning I received another automated email to inform me that they can not find a signal, I am not going to reply, because obviuosly the will not respond.
If their ability to track a or hijacked vehicle then I am afraid that more and more cars will be while they deduct their monthly premuim every month.
