UNFAIRYL ENFORCING A CONTRACT

I took a contract with Chubb security in 2011, moved out of the house in Dec. 2012. informed Chubb of my intention to terminate the contract but they refuse, saying the contract must run for 3 years irrespective. for 3 weeks I requested to see a copy of the contract, they don't want to send it to me. I do not remember signing a contract for 3 years all was explained to me was that I can cancel the contract with a notice, which is what i did.
already I had made 3 telephone calls to date with no assistance, being referred from pillar to post (warren, Indreshni and palesa)
