Lack of service

I really dont know what is so difficult in sending me a complete statement.

Chubb is supposed to be one of the most advanced company's in the game, yet they dont even have an internet site where members can view their details stataments etc.

My complaint here is that why do I have to ask and ask and plee for a detailed statement from Chubb accounts.

My emails are ignored.

I am doubting my relationship with you Chubb and i am very close to changing providers
