Don't guarantee their work

Our automatic garage door was not working as it had come off the track. LHV were prompt in coming out the next day to fix it and replaced the cables on either side of the garage door. Call out fee R450 plus cost of cables. A week later we had to call them back because we were still having problems with the door. They came out and had to fix the cable again which had come lose. This time however they did not charge a call out fee.
Two weeks after that the door had gone out of alignment and was skew on the tracks. When I phoned LHV Garage Doors again and spoke to Andrew, his comment was - I'll have to charge you a calll out fee! I then said that I took exception to this and surely there was some guarantee on the work they do. Andrew's comment was that they don't guarantee their work and "actually I don't want your business so am going to walk away from this job".
