I had jefo doors installed in July 2013, it is now the end of September 2013 and about 3 months ago my front door gate simply fell of the wall!!! i called them disgusted by the fact that the gate had fallen off after only months of having and that they had used PLASTIC fish plugs to secure it to the wall and about 10 spacers, and no one seemed surprised in the least, almost like it happens on a regular basis, despite that i asked them to please come and repair it as my safety is at risk. i spoke to a lady and she said someone will be out their the next day, no body arrived, waited a few days called again same story no one arrived, about 4 times this happened, i called on Monday 23th September 2013, and spoke to the same lady! who, then put me through to a man named alwin who was the guy who came and measured to have the gates made for my house, he didn'tseem surprised either that the gate had fallen off, then a few minutes late i got a call from the director, and he didn't seem surprised that the gate had fallen off either, surprise surprise, it is now Wednesday the 25th of September 2013 and no one has cared to contact me, frankly this should have been first priority
