Waiting over 2 months for gate installation!

Dear Maxidor. I would like my money to be refunded to me please. I am waiting for over two months for a gate installation to be done at my mother's house. I made an eft payment to Maxidor on 15/07/2013. Since then all I've been getting from Rajesh Sharma, the sales consultant, are excuses. His last email to me dated 13 August contains the following: "we are expecting the gate from joburg anytime". The excuses are that they are waiting for the gate to be galvanised. Really?? So all other Maxidor clients have been waiting for their gates for 2 months while they are being galvanised?? I have had enough- please refund me and I'll go to another company.
