More promises made, but not KEPT

Following on my previous complaint on hellopeter about adt, Adt's L Sonny called me to make new requests for documents which I furnished and i was promised to receive my money on 18Sep 2013 and now a week later I still did not get my refund/ money and L Sonny does not respond to my emails. I am hugely disappointed by this poor service and I am still exploring other ways to get my money from adt...
