Really Pathetic

Last week a technician came to install the tracker devise on my car, and that was it so i have a tracker which was installed but its not working and no one at Altech notices that, I was told to call back and check if it was activated which i did and they told me that they would call back and really no one did,

On Friday a guy called and told me that they cannot check if its working as the car was not moving and i asked him to call me back and this has not been dont, what must I do to get this thing activated???

I am still a new customer and the service which I am getting is really pathetic
