Keeps debiting my account, for no services

I have a serious problem with your system the unit that has been fitted in my car, I keep getting these sms that you cannot locate where my car is... that is number 1 and number 2 when you call the 0860 287 225 number it takes for ever for somebody to answer the phone which worries me and this is problem???
Eventually somebody decided to answer the after I have been holding for 10minutes, this person tells me that my unit is faulty and needs to be replaced and he transfers me to Monique (011) 472 6033/6743 who doesn't answer the phone you hold until the phone cuts itself this in not professional, in all the department that you get transferred to nobody answers the phone to help you. Now I am sitting with this problem of which I don't know how it's going to be sorted as I cannot get through to your offices for assistant and comes end of the month you will be debiting my account for services that haven't been fulfilled this is not right. I use this car every day this is a risk!
I need somebody to call me and arrange for the technician to fix or change this unit and I need assurance that nothing will happens to my car as I have no clue why this unit keeps on being faulty all
