It is with great disappointment that I need to revert back to Hellopeter to complain about ADT again.

After sending a mail and cancelling my contract which expired I thought this was the last...
No... ADT just keep on running the debit order and I feel this is daylight.

From my viewpoint ADT are a bunch of "skelms" dressed in uniforms.
Getting hold of the right person is just impossible! Even responding to a phone number listed in a mail that I received from them, lead to a dead-end.
They are quick enough to take your money but on service delivery it is far from their mission "always there".

The worst of all is it will stay like this because management is simply unreachable and all the issues will be swept under the carpet by the people specifically appointed to deal with issues like this.
How bad must a company be to appoint someone to specifically attend to the issues raised on Hellopeter?
