Lack of response in cancelling contract

I have been trying for over a month to cancel my contract with C-track (due to purchasing a new vehicle). I have followed every route available - email, telephonic and social media but still nothing seems to be happening. When I talk to someone they say it will be resolved (but this hasn't happened on several occasions). When I mail C-track I received mails instructing me to respond in 48 hrs, but when I respond immediately I get automatic responses of high mail loads and consequently the 48 hrs transpires with no action on their part. I have also informed them to go remove the devise from the vehicle I sold but this hasn't happened either. This surely can't be the kind of service to deliver in a day and age when business is so tight.

I'm hoping HelloPeter will be the means by which I get the attentions I have been asking for this past month and a half
