Been a long time client of Ctrack with 2 different vehicles. Just sold the 1 so booked a de-installation to be done and then a re-installation @ our premises with a total charge out of R800.
1) Saturday midday time slot was offered - no show, and no apologies for this after I mentioned it. Technician came on Monday and re-insalled unit.
2) Once vehicle started travelling on the road I was continually bombarded with SMS's, automated telephone calls and online tracking alarms regarding 'ILLEGAL MOVEMENT'.

Every single time this happened, I emailed Charlotte Prinsloo who was the 'go to person'. She arranged for a tech to check the unit today 25th Jan. Tech said the unit and installation is perfect and that there is a software problem which should be resolved by head office today. It is the end of the day now and once again ALL day I have been seriously bothered with these unnecessary notifications. Not once a phone call from a representative to apologise for the inconvenience and an offer of a time frame that this problem will be sorted out in. I am quite ready to have both units removed and cancel. I am highly irritated as this permanent interuption is affecting my concentration
