False Promises and uninformed useless people

I placed an order for an aluminium door to install for a customer of mine and they paid for it up front. Sunay told me it would take 3-5 working days to manufacture so i made the appointment with my client for then and then 3 days later Sunay comes back to tell me that manufacturing will take 6- 8 weeks!
Now my customer is upset and I have to find another supplier. this is not the first time they have been unreliable. The sales rep Chris has also messed me around a number of times, like not being on time for meetings and sometimes not pitching at all or returning my calls, so i will not be using them again
