I emailed Inso Aluminium with a request on designing an aluminium French door to fit a certain space and with the request that a dog door be fitted to this door. I emailed other companies with the same request but received no replies. I immediately received an email back from Jacques to acknowledge my email and with questions regarding the door. I sent him the specs of the dog door to be fitted and immediately received a quote. This door was made exactly to our specs and on the day of installing we were called to make sure things were going fine and that we were happy with the job. We have now settled on fitting blinds to this door and because of this outstanding service, I again contacted Jacques to see if he could recommend someone for this. I immediately received a call from him saying they also do blinds and laminated flooring and that someone would call me from the company to arrange to meet to show us their products. We are very happy with the service received from Jacques and Inso Aluminium. These days it is very difficult to find such good service.
