Toward the end of a bathroom renovation project, it transpired that the door Alan had sourced at our expense was the wrong size.

He returned the door for a cash refund but did not pass this on to us because he said he'd use it toward a correctly sized door he'd arranged to have custom-built through another supplier. He left our site shortly thereafter, having neither delivered the door, nor returning our refund. As we don't know the name of the company he used, we can't even fetch the door ourselves and Alan ignores all our calls and attempts to communicate with him.

For this and for other instances of behaviour which I regard as unreliable, experienced by us during the project, I would not recommend his services..
