Bad service

My employer made booking with Sunay for dinner bed and breakfast on bill-back. Upon arrival was not as promised by the service provider, after her receptionist contacted her she indicated that we would sort it out in the morning. she arrived and flatly ignored us did not address us at all. We then proceeded to check out and she contacted all other B&B in the area basically black listing us. Sunay has made no attempt to rectify her mistake and correct it.
