Left scratches on a brand new car!!!

The day I bout my car I had a technician come and install a tracker in my car. Then the installation of the tracker had some problems and another technician came the following week to sort it out.he picked up that there were marks all over my dashboard showing that it was pryed open with a driver and he said he would open up a complain on my behalf so someone can come nd smooth those marks out as he did not work in that area and he felt it was unacceptable, I want someone to contact me and get a technician to come and remove those marks as I did not buy a new car for it to be damaged 3 hours after leaving three showroom
