Dirty! Incompetent! Rude! POOR MANAGEMENT!

19th January 2013 I had an appointment at Bronzed and Polish for 3 pm, I went into the salon to ask if I could reschedule my appointment. Another nail technician then informed me that the lady that I was originally booked with was not even at work and that she was going to inform me of this when I arrived for my appointment.

The manager should have called the clients for the day to inform them that she was not at work and arranged for alternative appointments.

I opted for an earlier appointment with another nail technician for 1:15 pm. I arrived for my appointment and I was taken through to a working station. At this working station there was a used paper coffee cup with dry coffee marks on the glass tops, everything was covered in dry acetone marks and hair, the kitchen roll that they placed my hands on clearly had sweat imprinted hand marks on.

I then told the nail technician that I was not going to be staying for my treatment due to the disgusting work station and when I spoke to the manager Kayleen, she played with her hair as if it were cute and never apologized once! She aloud me to walk away unsatisfied, disgusted with a bad impression!
