They dont seem to allocate their payments

I paid my account in cash with a direct deposit. I faxed the slip and they confirmed that everything is fine, payment was received, I even got a text saying thank you. A few days later they suspended my service due to non payment. I phoned again and they apologised and said the problem has been fixed and my service re-instated. 3 days later my service is suspended again. Same story, apologise saying it is a problem in accounts and the payment wasn't allocated correctly. Re-instate my service. Yesterday I phoned to find out if everything is fine and I was told that it is now a system problem but my phone won't be suspended again, but 30 minutes after I got home my service got suspended again. Seriously, how hard is it to allocate a payment to an account. I need this problem to be fixed, because of someone who is not doing their job properly I am the one who is left without a phone.
