It is with great disappointment that I have to reply to you on this matter where it is evident that:
1.Mrs A Jordaan was blacklisted by Tracker subsequent to non -payment from myself to the account at matter.
2.No one from your office, including yourself or from Tracker made any attempt to follow up or phone or e-mail or do anything in reply to the e-mail I sent you which is attached above.
3.In the statement you sent to me I also see only 2 payments reflected from myself to Tracker, after we reached payment agreement of R100-00 towards the agreed outstanding balance of R1194-00 at that time. Tracker cannot keep track of received payments it seems.
4.On the statement it is also not reflected for which vehicle the account is for, very strange way of keeping track of client's assets.

I herby invite Brian Blignaut Attorneys/yourself and or Tracker to investigate the matter and reply to myself (JOHN LOUIS JORDAAN; in writing and or in person as to reach a resolve. I Repeat as written in attached e-mail to yourself that is my sincerest intent to settle this account with final resolve as agreed at rate or renegotiated rate.
