My Mom, Paulina Konopi, who is your customer gets no response whatsoever for any activation at her house, 3403 Taylor Park in Zamdela. I need the area manager to call me Mary Konopi on 0780509618 with a list of activations over the last month i.e. 8 Aug - 8 Sep which registered at your control room and tell me how they were attended to. Bear in mind that this is an account which has been in existence for well over 3 years. Your lack of service is certainly prompting us to find a new service provider.
